Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in this exciting journey and support our customers in their journey to becoming product-first companies.

As a Senior Product Manager at Reasonable Product, you will be at the center of driving digital and tech product innovation for our customers. You will work directly with one or two of our customers at a time, working directly within their cross-functional teams, shaping product strategies, and creating compelling user experiences that help our clients monetize their products effectively. This role requires a seasoned professional who can envision the future, translate it into actionable plans, and turn ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our clients’ business objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of digital and tech product trends.
  • Transversal Leadership: (Indirectly) Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of talented professionals (in house and external), including product, ux, developers and marketing managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Financial Acumen: Develop and manage budgets, make data-driven decisions, and track key performance indicators to maximize product profitability.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital and tech products.Years in the job is not a criteria. Concrete outcomes are.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong technical background or deep understanding of digital and tech products, including familiarity with at least one among i) SaaS ii) Marketplaces iii) Mixed HW and SW products
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive product success.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas, build consensus, and present complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Client-Centric: A client-centric mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead teams through change.
