By using the website or purchasing or booking a service through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to:
- access to and use of reasonableproduct.com;
- services purchased, booked or ordered directly through the website;
- related remote calls, workshops, assessments, reviews and other online services delivered by Reasonable People Sàrl.
Where specific terms are provided for a particular service, those specific terms prevail over these Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
Where Reasonable People Sàrl and the customer have entered into a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work or other contract, that agreement prevails over these Terms & Conditions in case of conflict.
Services governed by a separate agreement are subject to these Terms & Conditions only to the extent that the separate agreement does not address the relevant matter.
2. Business customers only
Services purchased or booked through the website are intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their commercial or professional activities.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that it is acting in a business or professional capacity.
3. Website use
The website may be used only for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
- interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or restricted areas;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- use the website or its content unlawfully;
- reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Reasonable People Sàrl may update its service descriptions, methodologies or formats over time.
The service purchased by the customer will be based on the description available at the time of purchase, subject to reasonable adjustments that do not materially reduce the service.

Where a service includes a call, workshop, review session or other scheduled interaction, Reasonable People Sàrl will normally propose available dates within a few working days after the purchase or booking.
Dates are agreed between the parties and may be rescheduled where reasonably necessary.
6. Customer cooperation
The customer must provide the information, documents, access and cooperation reasonably required to perform the service.
The quality and relevance of the service depend partly on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
Reasonable People Sàrl may delay or suspend the service if required information is not provided.
7. Prices and payment
The applicable price, VAT and total amount payable are displayed during the checkout process.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Unless specific terms state otherwise, the customer may cancel an online service and request a refund until preparation of the service has started.
Preparation may include, among other things:
- reviewing information supplied by the customer;
- conducting research;
- analysing the customer’s product, market, pricing, technology or organization;
- preparing a workshop, review or call;
- creating materials or deliverables;
- otherwise starting substantive work on the service.
Once preparation has started, the service is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If Reasonable People Sàrl is unable to provide the purchased service, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
9. Nature of our services
Our services provide professional analysis, recommendations, opinions, frameworks and decision support based on the information available at the time.
Reasonable People Sàrl does not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, operational, product, pricing, technological or organizational result.
The customer remains responsible for its own decisions and for implementing any recommendations.
10. Intellectual property
Reasonable People Sàrl retains ownership of its pre-existing and underlying intellectual property, including:
- methodologies;
- frameworks;
- tools;
- templates;
- models;
- processes;
- concepts;
- training materials;
- know-how.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer may use deliverables specifically created for it for its own internal business purposes.
The customer may not resell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit Reasonable People Sàrl’s proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools or materials as standalone products or services without prior written permission.
All general website content is also owned by, or licensed to, Reasonable People Sàrl unless otherwise indicated.
11. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential any non-public business, commercial, strategic, technical or other confidential information received from the other party in connection with a service.
Confidential information shall be used only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the relevant service.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- is already publicly available through no breach of confidentiality;
- was lawfully known before disclosure;
- was lawfully obtained from a third party;
- must be disclosed by law or competent authority.
12. Third-party information and tools
Our services may rely on information provided by the customer or obtained from third-party sources.
Reasonable People Sàrl is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions or subsequent changes in third-party information that could not reasonably have been identified during the engagement.
The website or services may also use or link to third-party tools, platforms or websites. Reasonable People Sàrl is not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of those third parties.
13. Website information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Reasonable People Sàrl does not guarantee that all website information is permanently complete, current or error-free.
Website content does not itself constitute legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
14. Liability
Reasonable People Sàrl will perform its services with reasonable professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reasonable People Sàrl shall not be liable for:

- loss arising from decisions taken by the customer on the basis of recommendations;
- losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reasonable People Sàrl’s aggregate liability arising from an online service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
15. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Reasonable Product Privacy Policy.
Where payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider, payment-related information may also be processed by that provider under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
Reasonable People Sàrl may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
For website use, the version published at the time of access applies.
For a purchased service, the version applicable at the time of purchase applies unless the parties agree otherwise.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the website or online services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
